Tubeless Ready tires are NOT Tubeless tires. However, they can be converted into a Tubeless tire using a sealing fluid in a special procedure. Schwalbe Tubeless Ready tires have a particular shaped and coated bead that seals it firmly onto the rim and provides safe seating.
Note: It often takes 2-3 days and multiple sealant applications (even some leaking sidewalls-that is normal) before a tire can seal properly.
